This bright green Renault Dauphine is the tuned Gordini variant, offering 37bhp (instead of the standard 27bhp), with a four-speed transmission and all-round disc brakes. It also benefits from a few upgrades to improve usability, including an electric fan, alternator and electric screen washers. The vendor bought it from one of our sales in 2024, and it has covered less than 100 miles since then. It was driven 40 miles to this sale, and the odometer displays 39,031.
There are no receipts with the car, but we believe it was restored and its colour changed from red to green around 2018, apparently using many NOS parts and panels. It comes with an original owner's handbook and service manual, and the current V5C which records 5 former keepers.
The car was first registered on 21st March 1966.
